From June 19th to July 11th Marco Paoli presents “Ballads” at Palazzo Panichi. Ballads is a book, published by Giunti Editore, and an exhibition: a selection of 16 images from a wider collection.
The works are the product of digital superimposition of photos taken in different parts of the world or portraying paintings realized with stratifications of different kinds of wax. Even if they are photos, the final images have the same materic and chromatic density as painting.
