“Munere mortis” – Roman Tombs in the territory of Lucca

In September and October, the National Museum of Villa Guinigi in Lucca will host the exhibition “Munere Mortis”, presenting the results of the archaeological investigation of two roman tombs (Tomba di San Ponziano and Tomba del Frizzone) found in the territory of Lucca and focusing on ancient death rituals.
