NECCI E VINO AL CAMINO

In front of the fireplace, in the keep of the medieval fortress of Montecarlo, the ancient recipe of necci made of chestnut flour, is still preserved according to the tradition of Montecarlo.
Necci and cottage cheese, frugiate and bruschette are included in a tasting of local wines in collaboration with FISAR Montecarlo.

The activity includes a guided tour of the fortress.

The price includes:
– Entrance to the fortress of Montecarlo.
– Guided tour of 40 minutes accompanied by the owners, living in the Castle.
Practical workshop with preparation of traditional necci made of chestnut flour in the main tower of the fortress, around the fireplace.
– Snack with necci, frugiate (roasted chestnuts on the fire), bruschetta with fresh olive oil.
– Tasting of three or more local wines presented by the FISAR sommeliers.
