The necci are a specialty made “‹”‹from chestnut flour, the migliecci made “‹”‹from wheat flour, while the pitonca is made “‹”‹from flour formentone.
Between narrow streets and stone houses, to taste traditional recipes, such as potato pie, bread with grapes, necci with cottage cheese produced by the pastors of the place; or the migliecci – kind of muffins with wheat flour formentone to taste with sausage, bacon or with nutella, and pitonca, porridge always formentone with cabbage and vegetables.
