The exhibition “Perché non accada mai più. RICORDIAMO” (So it never happens again. REMEMBER) is on show at Palazzo Ducale, 1 – 14 February.
The exhibition promoted by Anffas forms part of the events organised throughout the province to mark the Holocaust Memorial Days.
It examines situations of marginality and disability, reflecting on the effects and dynamics of the Nazi genocide that included the extermination of 300 thousand people with disabilities and the mentally ill between 1936 and 1945.

“Perché non accada mai più. RICORDIAMO” is organised by Anffas Lucca and Anffas Toscana, together with the Scuola per la pace of the Province of Lucca, at the Historical Institute of the Resistance and Contemporary Age in the Province of Lucca and at Cesvot.
