Next to the beautiful statue of the angel attributed to Leonardo da Vinci, in the Church of Santa Maria Maddalena in Castello, San Gennaro is prepared the traditional historical crib. This representation of the nativity is held since 2007 thanks to the boys of the Company, which help to keep alive the worship located in the Castello.
The crib Historical church of Santa Maria Maddalena in San Gennaro is part of the path "The way of the cribs", started from the northern hills embraces all the territory to promote a secular tradition and deeply felt and, at the same time, the architectural and scenic beauty in search of the most beautiful and artistic Nativity that affects Capannori hills and partly those of Lucca.
