The area of the Park Gate at La Brilla Massarosa becomes a meeting point for exhibitions, tastings, cooking shows, workshops related to the topic of rice with a chance to dine at the space set up for the festival, tasting traditional reworked dishes from the territory prepared with the collaboration of local associations from Quiesa (Misericordia and Fratres), the Regional Union of Chefs of Tuscany and Lucca Coldiretti.
Furthermore there will be guided tours to the archaeological museum Villa Venueli and to the Oasi Lipu, Chiarone reserve by Massaciuccoli.
The admission to the event is free but the tastings are upon reservation to be addressed by e-mail the association Città Infinite or by calling directly at the recepiton of Brilla.
