The Guidi Museum presents the exhibition “Schegge di mare 7 – Mare sospeso” on show at the Logos Hotel in Forte dei Marmi from 2 September to 17 October 2012.
Gabriella Molli writes: “Mario Tamberi talks, speaks, shakes souls, makes poetry and makes art all at the same time. The hardness of the themes at times soften in a particular detail. Spell bound by nature and ever careful towards its transformations, the artist moves through unexplored territory with various materials which are themselves hard (leather and old pieces of wood) to transfer emotions which switch from strong to sweet […].
Mario Tamberi has passed through a wide range of techniques to produce an art message: life-drawing, tempera, water-colours, varnishes, the use of backgrounds materials, textiles, sand, leather, silver, gold, flotsam and jetsam.”
The exhibition is open every day, until 17 October, from 10 am to 11 pm. Free admission.
