The land of the Auser: archaeology meeting

Saturday 26 October, at 10.00, at the auditorium of the Banca del Monte di Lucca Foundation, there will be the archaeology meeting “La terra dell’Auser” that, as indicted by the title, is intended to be a continuation of the study day that took place in Capannori in October, 2009, by the same name.

This new meeting, while maintaining a general overview, will focus on the important findings that came to light during the construction of the new Frizzone motorway toll road, with particular reference to the evidence pertaining to the period of the first Roman colonisation of the area (II-I century B.C.).
