“VerdeMura 2011” – Trade fair exhibition of traditional products and open-air living

From March 25-27, 2011, lovers of plants, flowers, the Botanical Garden, traditional products, gardening and garden furniture, will have the chance to visit VerdeMura along the Walls of Lucca. A full immersion in plants and flowers that are traditional, but also in those less known, unusual, peculiar and rare, seeds and bulbs, garden tools, traditional crafts products, countryside and garden clothing, fruit and vegetables and local food products.
With over one hundred qualified stands, trade exhibitions and shows, the fourth edition of VerdeMura will be held at various open-air locations along the Walls and inside the Ramparts, with the chance to visit a number of  interesting sites of the 16th century Walls of Lucca, the famous Torre Guinigi, the new collections of the Botanic Garden and the special Exhibitions created for the occasion.
In addition to the normal entrance ticket (price unchanged), it will also be possible to buy a package deal which allows full-day parking, the shuttle for getting around and free entrance to the Torre Guinigi, Botanic Garden and all the exhibitions.
VerdeMura 2011 is organised by  the Opera delle Mura – Orto Botanico in Lucca.
