 
                                This noteworthy footbridge spans the stream Lima a Villa, the latter being a village part of the town of Bagni di Lucca. It is a suspension bridge which was built in sandstone and metal cables in 1921. Its structure echoes the more renowned Ponte delle Catene (Chain Bridge), which was built during the previous century by Lorenzo Nottolini and is sited between Fornoli and Chifenti, in the town of Bagni di Lucca.
