Objects belonging to Napoleon, naval models, drawings, watercolours, uniforms, a fontaine a coco, a paper plate, tin soldiers, objects coming from the Hermes private collection and from the most important museums of Paris, together with many foulard of the prestigious Maison Hermes, form the structure of this peculiar exhibition.
Few people know the common thread that links all these objects, apparently dissimilar, to Emile-Maurice Hermès and to the Myth of the Emperor; a link which lasted more than 50 years characterizing an important part of the production of these world renown foulards.
The exhibition has been ideated and curated by Roberta Martinelli e Velia Gini Bartoli.
The exhibition will be open in Paris in 2011.
