The museum displays manual machines, stone millstones, a water wheel with drawers, and other tools of the time for processing cereals for food use. The museum is set up in the mill itself and is managed by the members of the "Amici de Mulino on the Via del Grano e delle Castagne, Vita e Meccanica dell'800". The construction was recovered after a patient restoration work. Inside the mill there are still the old stone millstones and all the wooden gears of the 19th century, accompanied by the tools that were used for daily work. Outside there is the sturdy stone arch over which the gora which feeds the cassette wheel passes.
