Ugo Guidi Museum – Didactics

At the house museum of the sculptor Ugo Guidi (1912-1977) it is possible to admire his production from the early 1940s to 1977. The works of the garden and those exhibited in the 4 rooms of his atelier trace the evolution of the Versilian artist from the first classical works up to the final solutions, almost abstract, which he reached with a continuous search for shapes and materials (marble, stone, wood and terracotta). The museum also houses contemporary artists who present works that often relate to the works of Ugo Guidi, contained in the museum.
